Mobile towbar fitting
Our mobile fitting service brings the supply-and-fit service to your home or workplace. Mobile Towbar Fitting helps drivers in Preston and across Lancashire select a suitable towbar and electrical connection for their vehicle.
The first step is understanding what you will tow. A caravan, horse trailer, work trailer or bike carrier can influence the equipment you need. Send the vehicle registration and details of the trailer or carrier so we can discuss compatible choices.
We offer fixed flange, fixed swan neck and detachable swan neck towbars. The choice balances the options available for your vehicle, how you use it and whether you would like to remove the towball when it is not needed.
Start with your towing needs
A fixed flange towbar uses a bolted towball arrangement and can suit regular towing and compatible accessories. A fixed swan neck offers a compact curved towball profile. A detachable swan neck is an option when you prefer to remove the visible towball between journeys.
Towbar electrics are part of the decision too. The socket must suit the equipment you connect, and the wiring solution must suit the vehicle. Tell us about the plug and the functions you need rather than assuming that every 13-pin installation includes every additional power circuit.
Explore your towbar options
Fixed Towbar Fitting
Compare fixed flange and fixed swan neck towbars for regular towing. We check the options for your vehicle and the trailer, caravan or carrier you plan to use.
Detachable Towbar Fitting
A removable swan neck lets you take off the towball when it is not in use. Ask about vehicle compatibility and how the selected system fits your bumper.
Towbar Electrics
Choose suitable 7-pin or 13-pin wiring for your towing setup. We match the electrical installation to the vehicle and the lighting or power functions you need.
Your fitting enquiry
Include your registration, location and intended use when contacting us. If you already have a caravan, trailer or carrier, tell us its connection type. If you are still choosing equipment, we can discuss the towbar options before you decide.
We fit a wide range of cars, vans and commercial vehicles. Availability is checked for the particular vehicle, and the quote is based on the selected towbar, wiring and fitting requirements. Our mobile service covers Preston, the Fylde and the requested Lancashire towns.
